Qns: What are the definitions of defective item?

Ans: Defects definition: Serious flaws like torns/ Big patches of stain marks/ discolourize..etc

Not accepted conditions: Uncontrollable conditions like: very slight loose thread, discolourize after soaking into water, buttons not tight, colour of clothes different from monitor,..etc.

Qns: Do Just4ladies have exchange and refund policy?

Ans: It is regretted that Just4ladies is not responsible for any manufacturer's defects /wrong goods/colour/size for spree items. Exchange and refund policy is applicable only for instock section of Just4ladies,(spree items not inclusive) ;exchange another same piece(depending on instock condition for Instock) or with existing stock of the same value. Refund value will be determined by Just4ladies should exchange is not available.

Qns: What can I do if I receive a defective item from Just4ladies sprees? 

Ans: Spree-ers are advised to make collection soon after parcel arrival. Any doubts are to be reported by the next day after items' retrieval (must not be washed and must with tags). Just4ladies provides the complimentary feedback service to the shops (if necessary after accessing the situation).

But to be reminded that due to complications of overseas orderings and other factors, Taiwan shops reserved their rights to have their final say and deciding the actions (or will not do anything) when exchange or refund policy is unavailable. Should exchange & refund is available, spree-ers have to bear the sending cost (to and fro the manufacturer) should there be any and to wait patiently
